We will share the story of how a small group of people, jumpstarted the community in a small city like Tirana and what other small cities should avoid during their first steps in developing a Mozilla community. We will share tips on how to keep the Mozilla spirit alive after the enthusiastic start and also how to maintain coding communities.

Kristi Progri is one the tech community leaders from Albania. She organizes events, one of them is OSCAL (open source tech conf in Albania). She would be a very nice fit if people would like to hear about community building. She also could share her feelings and experience. (especially from woman point of view).
