Evolution Gaming has grown from 10 front-end developers in 2015, over 60 in 2017 and this growth is continuing exponentially. In the meantime, we’ve tried plenty of frameworks, approaches and technologies following hype wave, developers’ votes, Gaearon’s opinion. We’ve passed from vanillajs to React though to Backbone, from monorepo to multiple repos and then back to monorepo. We have transitioned from being trustful front-end developer to pragmatic engineers. So let’s discuss the cornerstones that keep our developers interested.
